The institutions sponsored by the Foundation are referents for training in humanities, entrepreneurial skills, as well as cultural exchange and professional experiences from Havana, mainly for young people who feel the need. A training and human development ecosystem is developed to serve people, institutions and societies.
It develops:
- High level courses and workshops with different internationally recognized qualifications.
- Professional and cultural exchanges and internships with Cuban and international institutions.
- Permanent and continuously evolving relationships and alliances with related institutions in Cuba and the world.
- Events of different types to complement training processes and stimulate the development of diverse interpersonal, inter-institutional and inter-national collaboration networks.
