The Cultural Center and the Cathedral of Havana are part of the same architectural group, which dates from the late eighteenth century. Which makes permanent maintenance work necessary. The age of the construction makes the work more expensive and frequent in each maintenance or restoration concept.
The Foundation supports the permanent maintenance of the entire architectural complex, since the Cultural Center of the Cathedral can not be separated. The latter has its own income, although they are more than insufficient to sustain it.
